KVKK Disclosure Text.
Our data processing processes under the Personal Data Protection Law.
1. Data Controller
Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Noksway (Fevziçakmak, 10762. Sk 4/C, 42050 Karatay/Konya) as the data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Personal Data Processed
The personal data processed are as follows:
- Identity Information: First name, last name
- Contact Information: E-mail address, phone number, company name
- Request Information: Message content you submit through forms
- Technical Data: Browser type, device information (anonymous)
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Responding to quote and information requests
- Carrying out product sales and after-sales support processes
- Planning technical service and maintenance services
- Fulfilling contract processes and legal obligations
- Conducting customer satisfaction activities
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations, requests from authorized public institutions and cases necessary for the performance of services. No data is transferred abroad.
5. Collection Method and Legal Ground
Your personal data is collected through contact and quote forms on our website, phone, e-mail and face-to-face meetings. Legal grounds: Article 5/1 of the KVKK (explicit consent), 5/2-c (establishment/performance of a contract) and 5/2-ç (legal obligation).
6. Data Subject Rights (KVKK Article 11)
You have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:
- Learning whether your personal data is processed
- Requesting information about it if it has been processed
- Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
- Requesting correction if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed
- Requesting its deletion or destruction
- Objecting to an unfavorable outcome arising from analysis of the processed data solely through automated systems
- Requesting compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing
